Shipping policy
At Cutalyn, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible — because we know that once you've made the decision, you don't want to be kept waiting.
Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery times and costs
United States
Standard shipping: 5 to 11 business days — free on all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Timeframes may vary depending on stock availability.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- your tracking number
- a direct link to the carrier's website
- your estimated delivery date
You can also track all of your orders from your customer account on cutalyn.com.
Delivery problems
Package not received within the estimated timeframe. Please check your tracking first. If your package still hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at contact@cutalyn.com with your order number — we'll take it from there and deal with the carrier on your behalf.
Package damaged on arrival. Refuse the delivery if you are able to, or take photographs of both the packaging and the contents. Send them to contact@cutalyn.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect shipping address. You have 2 hours after placing your order to email us and correct your address. After that, your order will already be in preparation and can no longer be amended.
Deliveries outside the United States
For any order outside the United States, please contact us directly at contact@cutalyn.com before placing it. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: for deliveries outside the United States, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
